Return & Refund Policy

At STYLOXIS, every product is made specifically after your order is placed. As most of our apparel is printed on demand, we maintain a clear Return & Refund Policy to ensure a fair experience for both our customers and our brand.

Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the issue was caused by STYLOXIS.

You received the wrong size compared to the one ordered.
You received the wrong product.
The product has a printing defect or production issue.
The product has fabric damage or a manufacturing defect.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused and unwashed.
Original tags and packaging must remain intact.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

You may also contact us using the same WhatsApp number through which you submitted your payment screenshot during the ordering process.

Please do not send any product back without receiving prior approval. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns, exchanges, or refunds cannot be accepted for the following:

Change of mind after placing an order.
Disliking the design, print, color, or appearance.
Incorrect size selected during checkout.
Minor color differences caused by screen or display settings.
Sale, promotional, or discounted products.
Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Refund Policy

Once your return request has been reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund (where applicable) will be processed through the original payment method within approximately 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
