Return & Refund Policy – Styloxis

At Styloxis, every graphic piece is prepared specifically after an order is placed. Since our products are made according to customer orders, we maintain a strict Return & Refund Policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our brand.

Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the issue was caused by Styloxis. Eligible cases include:

  • You received the wrong size compared to the size selected during checkout
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product contains a printing defect or production issue
  • The product has fabric damage or manufacturing defects

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • Details of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product showing the problem

Please do not send any item back without first contacting us and receiving approval. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damages and Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and resolve it accordingly.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after placing the order
  • You do not like the design, print, color, or overall appearance
  • You selected the wrong size during purchase
  • Minor color differences caused by screen or display settings
  • Sale, promotional, or discounted products
  • Used, washed, damaged, or altered items after delivery

Refund Policy

Once your return request is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund or exchange request has been approved.

If approved, refunds (where applicable) will be processed through the original payment method within approximately 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
